Follow these guidelines to ensure accurate quotes and smooth production. The more detail you provide, the better we can serve you.

Best Practices

Dimensions
Specify length in inches or centimeters
Include tolerance requirements (e.g., +/- 0.125")
Note finished vs. cut length if different
Vague dimensions like "medium length"
Colors
Provide Pantone PMS numbers when possible
Include physical color samples for matching
Specify if exact match is critical vs. close match OK
Describing colors as "blue-ish" or "dark green"
Hardware
Specify material (plastic, metal, zinc, etc.)
Include load/strength requirements
Note finish (matte, polished, brushed)
Generic requests like "some kind of buckle"
Documentation
Technical drawings with callouts
